How to Manage Your Soupscription

To choose your soups for your next delivery - NATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:

  1. Click here to log in to our website, or navigate to our homepage and click LOGIN in the top right corner. You will know you are logged in when the top right corner says MY ACCOUNT.
  2. After you log in, you will be at your Account Details page. If you find yourself elsewhere on our site, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
  3. Click Choose My Soups under your name.
  4. Click to confirm your Soupscription type.
  5. Make your selections among the soups or gazpachos available.
  6. Once you have selected your soups, click ADD TO CART.
  7. Next, you’ll be able to add on a bib, spoon, or burp cloth -- great gifts for new parents! Click ADD TO CART at the bottom of the screen when you’re done. This will take you to your cart.
  8. View your cart and if everything looks good, proceed to CHECK OUT.
  9. If you ordered any additional items, you will be required to pay with a credit card. Even if you do NOT add anything, you’ll still have to proceed through checkout and enter credit card information if you changed your soups. Your order total will be $0.00 and your credit card will not be charged.

 

To choose your soups each week - LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:

  1. Click here to log in to our website, or navigate to our homepage and click LOGIN in the top right corner. You will know you are logged in when the top right corner says MY ACCOUNT.
  2. After you log in, you will be at your Account Details page. If you find yourself elsewhere on our site, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
  3. Click Choose My Soups under your name.
  4. Click to confirm your Soupscription type.
  5. Make your selections - click on PICK YOUR PINT or PICK YOUR QUART and select which soup you would like from the menu that appears below.
  6. Once you have selected your soups, click ADD TO CART.
  7. Next, you’ll be able to add on more soups, a market box, or anything else on our local menu! Click ADD TO CART at the bottom of the screen when you’re done. This will take you to your cart.
  8. View your cart and if everything looks good, proceed to CHECK OUT.
  9. If you ordered any additional items (more soup, market box, donation, etc.) or items with upcharges (gazpacho), you will be required to pay with a credit card. If you added anything, you will also be charged a $4.00 delivery fee. Even if you do NOT add anything, you’ll still have to proceed through checkout and enter credit card information if you changed your soups. Your order total will be $0.00 and your credit card will not be charged.

     

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Click here to log in to our website, or navigate to our homepage and click LOGIN in the top right corner. You will know you are logged in when the top right corner says MY ACCOUNT.
    2. After you log in, you will be at your Account Details page. If you find yourself elsewhere on our site, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
    3. Click Manage Subscriptions and wait for the page to load.
    4. Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel under Actions.
    5. Choose your reason for cancelling.
    6. Click Cancel on the next page to finalize.

     

    To skip a delivery:

    1. Click here to log in to our website, or navigate to our homepage and click LOGIN in the top right corner. You will know you are logged in when the top right corner says MY ACCOUNT.
    2. After you log in, you will be at your Account Details page. If you find yourself elsewhere on our site, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
    3. Click Manage Subscriptions and wait for the page to load.
    4. Click Renewal Schedule on the left side under your name.
    5. Click Skip next to the name of your subscription and appropriate date. 

     

    To reschedule a renewal:

    1. Click here to log in to our website, or navigate to our homepage and click LOGIN in the top right corner. You will know you are logged in when the top right corner says MY ACCOUNT.
    2. After you log in, you will be at your Account Details page. If you find yourself elsewhere on our site, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
    3. Click Manage Subscriptions and wait for the page to load.
    4. Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click Edit under Actions.
    5. Click Change next charge date.
    6. Select your preferred charge date and click SAVE.
